INDIAN STOCK MARKET,NEGLECTING THE GLOBAL CUES ARE CAUTIOUS AHEAD OF RBI MEET ON 3RD MAY FOR CREDIT POLICY REVIEW.IT IS EXPECTED THAT SOME MAJOR STRUCTURAL CHANGE IN INTEREST RATE DE-REGULATION MAY BE ANNOUNCED ALONG WITH THE HIKE IN REPO,REVERSE REPO & CRR BY 25bps IN EACH.ANY THING MORE THAT IS NOT PRICED IN THE MARKET, MAY TAKE NEGATIVELY.HENCE MARKET IS CAUTIOUSLY WAITING FOR THE SAME.BEING NERVOUS MARKET MAY ATTEMPT OT PRICE IN SOME MORE HIKE (say 50bps) AND HAWKISH STANCE OF RBI,BY BREAKING A CRUCIAL SUPPORT 5700-5680 TO TOUCH EVEN 5550-5480.ANALYSTS BELIEVE THAT THE OVERALL Q4 NUMBERS FAILED TO BOOST THE SENTIMENT, RISING CRUDE PRICES, PROBABLE RISE IN CRR BY RBI MAY DAMPEN THE SENTIMENT TO WORST AND NIFTY MAY SEE SHARP CUT TO 5400 LEVELS OR EVEN 5200 BY NEXT 1-2 MONTHS. ONLY GOOD MONSOON AND FALL IN CRUDE PRICES AND FALL IN INFLATION MAY AGAIN DRIVE IN THE FOREIGN FUNDS, WHICH MAY DRIVE NIFTY TO 6300+++
