MARKET VIEW FOR 4TH FEBRUARY 2011

AFTER 15 TO 20 DAYS OF DECLINE ONE DAY OF SUSTAINABLE GAIN, AFTER TOUCHING THE LOWS OF 5400 IN PAST SHOWS THAT MARKET IS UNDER THE BASE BUILDING OR CONSOLIDATION AND MAY TAKE FRESH DIRECTION AFTER NEW CUES AND TRIGGERS.

HOWEVER NIFTY MAY TOUCH 5600-5620 SOON AT THE RESISTANCE AS IT WAS SUPPORT AND 200 DMA EARLIER. NOW 5400 WILL ACT AS MAJOR SUPPORT AND ANY FALL BELOW 5400(CLOSING BASIS) SHALL BE CLEAR SIGNAL TO SHORT NIFTY AND LIQUIDATE THE LONG POSITIONS IN CASH & FUTURE.

AS MENTIONED IN THE PAST THAT MARKET IS IN INTERMEDIATE DOWN TREND ANY RALLIES LIKE THIS SHOULD BE USED TO GET OUT OF THE STOCKS AND SHORT THE NIFTY FOR GAINS WHEN MARKET FALLS MORE.......

TODAY MARKET WILL BE LACKLUSTER AND SLIGHTLY DOWNWARDS AS IT HAS RISEN 120-130 POINTS FROM ITS LOWS FEW DAYS BACK. HENCE PROFIT BOOKING BY TRADERS AND MOMENTUM PLAYERS IS OBVIOUS. ANY FALL BELOW 5450-5440 RANGE  SHALL BE THE  FIRST INDICATION OF MAJOR FALL AND BELOW 5400 SHALL BE THE STOP LOSS. HOWEVER ANY MOVE ABOVE 5550 SHALL BE GOOD WHICH SHALL COME BY NEXT WEEK. SUSTAINMENT OF NIFTY ABOVE 5620 MAY LEAD TO SOME MORE UPSIDE TO 5700-5750 ALSO. HOWEVER THE CHANCES OF NIFTY GOING TO THAT LEVEL ARE REMOTE AS OF NOW.

FERTILIZER STOCKS ARE IN FOCUS DUE TO MEETING OF EGoM  ON 7TH FEBRUARY.

SUGAR STOCKS ARE IN ACTION DUE TO RISING SUGAR PRICES INTERNATIONALLY.
