MARKET VIEW FOR 2ND FEBRUARY 2011

AS EXPECTED, THE TREND OF THE MARKET IS DOWN AND NIFTY TOUCHED TO 5400 & SENSEX TO 18000. TODAY MARKET MAY BOUNCE BACK AND THE RANGE FOR THE NEXT 3-5 TRADING SESSIONS WILL BE 5350 TO 5650. NIFTY WILL TAKE RESISTANCE AT 5700.


ONE CAN BUY CE 5400 , CE 5500 & CE5600 FOR NEXT 3-5 TRADING SESSIONS AS THERE WILL  BOUNCE BACK, MAY BE TO 5550-5600 OR MORE. HOWEVER THIS CORRECTIVE RALLY SHOULD BE USED TO EXIT THE MARKET FROM THE LONG POSITIONS IN FUTURES AND CASH STOCKS AS THERE WILL BE INTENSE SELLING BELOW 5350, WHICH MAY LEAD NIFTY TO 5000-4750!!!!!
