MARKET VIEW FOR 3RD FEBRUARY 2011

NIFTY OPENED HIGHER AND MANAGED TO CLOSE IN POSITIVE AFTER A STEEP FALL FROM THE HIGH OF 5490 TO 5432 AFTER THE NEWS OF ARREST OF FORMER TELECOM MINISTER, A. RAJA.

THERE WILL BE VOLATILE MARKETS WITH CORRECTIVE RALLY TO TOUCH 5550-5600 BY NEXT FEW DAYS IF IT MANAGES TO CLOSE ABOVE 5400 IN THE PROCESS OF BASE BUILDING.

ANY CLOSE BELOW 5400 MAY TURN THE SENTIMENT MURKY AND GLOOMY TO TOUCH 5200. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT INTERMEDIATE TREND IS DOWN AND NIFTY WILL EVENTUALLY TEST 5200 OR LOWER VERY SOON. HENCE BUYING PE 5400, PE5500, PE5400, PE5300 & PE5200 WILL BE BENEFICIAL WHEN NIFTY WILL SLIP BELOW 5400.

TODAY WEEKLY INFLATION DATA WILL DECIDE THE TREND OF THE MARKET. SO KEEP EYE ON INFLATION FIGURES AT NOON AND TRADE ACCORDINGLY. MARKETS MAY REACT POSITIVELY TO THE NUMBERS
