MARKET VIEW FOR 14th JULY 2011

MARKET SAW VERY STRONG AND STABLE SESSION WITH BUYING IN ALMOST ALL SECTORS.EVEN THOUGH VOLATILE,BUT MARKET MANAGED TO INCHED UP GRADUALLY AT THE END OF THE DAY. THE NIFTY CLOSED AT 5585 UP 59 POINTS & THE SENSEX AT CLOSED AT 18596,UP 184 POINTS.MARKET BREADTH WAS POSITIVE AND FIIs WERE NET BUYERS.

THE RANGE FOR NIFTY FOR TODAY SHALL BE 5570-5630,ABOVE THE UPPER LIMIT NIFTY MAY HAVE RESISTANCE AT 5690 AND BELOW 5570 THE SUPPORT FOR THE NIFTY MAY COME AT 5540 & STRONG SUPPORT AT THE 2 DAYS BACK LOW MADE AT 5495.MANY SHARES HAVE GIVEN TECHNICALLY BULLISH BREAKOUT,WHICH INDICATES, GOING FORWARD MARKET WILL GIVE BULLISH BREAK-OUT.

REMEMBER FEW DAYS BACK I HAVE MENTIONED THAT THE RANGE FOR THE NIFTY FOR THE JULY SERIES SHALL BE 5470-5930, IF NIFTY SUSTAINS AND CLOSES ABOVE 5600-5620 TODAY,THEN SHORT TERM TREND WILL AGAIN BE UP AND THAT WILL LEAD NIFTY HIGHER END OF THE RANGE 5930++(NOTE APRIL HIGH WAS 5944).SERIES OF GLOBAL EVENTS AND CUES SHALL GUIDE THE MARKET GOING FORWARD.AS THE COMMODITY PRICES LIKE CRUDE ETC RISE,INDIAN MARKETS SHALL WITNESS THE PRESSURE FROM TIME TO TIME.

HOWEVER IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT IT WILL BE VERY WISE TO TRADE ON STRADDLE i.e, buy both CE & PE of Nifty 5600 for july series, till 26th July on which RBI will deliver its credit policy update. Hence till then one can play upon Straddle, which will give much better retuns on such volatility.

FOLLOWING STOCKS LOOK GOOD TO BUY TO PLAY FOR POSITIVE MOMENTUM FOR 3-5 DAYS OR TILL 5740-5930:

ITC MAY RISE TO 210-215+++
SBI MAY RISE TO 2520-2550+
LIC HOUSING MAY RISE TO 335-340+
APIL MAY RISE TO 580-600+++
TECH MAHIND MAY RISE TO 760-770++

NEWS BASED PUNTER'S CALL: BUY ASIAN PAINT FUTURE AROUND 3140-3120-3100 KEEPING STOP-LOSS OF 3070 FOR THE TARGET OF 3200-3250-3300+++ VERY SOON.

ASTROLOGICALLY: As said earlier, yesterday, there may be buying at the end of the day, the same was found correct. Nifty managed to close almost near the top. There was buying in the almost all sectors.
On 14th July 2011 at 9.00AM, at Mumbai, the Ascendant, Leo 5deg 3min has separating Trine aspect(128deg) by Moon and Applying Trine aspect(112deg) by Jupiter, moreover Neptune, keeps on opposing (182deg). Its shows no conviction but the buying will continue. Applying aspect of Moon to Jupiter is the only point, which shows that any thing bought in these 2days shall give some profits to players. There will be buying and stocks will inch-up. Buying of CE shall certainly give profits.
Note: Any applying aspect of Moon to Jupiter will be, good but weak(means not very convincing) but any applying aspect of Jupiter to Moon Shall give much-much big move in sentiment(it may be both positive or negative).CHECK THE ASPECT JUST A DAY  BEFORE RBI MEET ON 26TH(i.e., on 25th July when Moon conjoins Jupiter). Similarly any relation of Moon to Saturn in similar pattern shall give converse results. Hence Moon, Saturn and Jupiter play an important role in overall trend.

Since the stock/commodity market is very dynamic  predicting a very small range(say intra-day or intra-hour) is highly complex and requires application of Ashtakvarga, Triptak-Vedha Chakra, and Sudarshan Charkra of NSE & BSE. All researchers shall attempt to find out the complex relationship, which will unfold the keys to success.

MARKET VIEW FOR 13TH JULY 2011

WEAK GLOBAL & DOMESTIC CUES TRIGGERED HEAVY SELLING PRESSURE IN THE MARKET CLOSING NIFTY DOWN 5526(DOWN 26 POINTS)& SENSEX AT 18412(DOWN 310 POINTS).BOTH BSE MID-CAP AND SMALL-CAP INDEX WERE DOWN. MARKET BREADTH WAS POOR AND FIIs WERE NET SELLERS WHILE DIIs WERE NET BUYERS.INDIAN STOCK MARKET STARTED THE SESSION WITH THE GAP DOWN FOLLOWING THE SUBDUED GLOAL CUES,DISAPPOINTING INFOSYS NUMBERS AND LOWER THAN EXPECTED IIP NUMBERS SPOILED THE SENTIMENT.LATER AFTER SOME RECOVERY ON CABINET REJIG WITH HOPE THAT THERE WILL BE SOME POLICY ACTION BUT EUROPE LED THE FALL MAKING THE SENTIMENT TOO POOR.HENCE MARKET ENDED IN DEEP RED.THE MAIN CAUSE OF WORRY AMONG THE FIIs AND INSTITUTIONS IS OF SLOW-DOWN OF ECONOMIC GROWTH DUE TO CONTINUOUS RISE IN INTEREST RATE BY RBI.

AS THERE IS NO VERY SHORT TERM(2-5 DAYS) DOMESTIC TRIGGER, EXCEPT RBI MEET ON 26TH JULY, INDIAN STOCK MARKET IS LIKELY TO TRADE ON GLOBAL CUES. BHARTI AIRTEL, ITC, ABB(CMP:876.60 TGT:890-900), AXISBANK, GLENMARK PHRAMA(CMP:313.60 TGT:320-325), LUPIN LOOKS GOOD IN SHORT TO MEDIUM TERM

YESTERDAY THE BEARS WERE DOMINATED THE ENTIRE MARKET. NOW NIFTY IS EXPECTED TO GET A STRONG SUPPORT NEAR 5440. IF NIFTY BREACHES 5440 IT MAY GO DOWN TO TAKE SUPPORT NEAR 5300. HOWEVER THE SHORT TERM CRUCIAL RESISTANCE OF NIFTY LIES AT 5745, ABOVE WHICH NIFTY MAY TEST 5900, HENCE 5440 SHOULD BE THE STOP-LOSS FOR ALL LONG POSITIONS OF TRADERS, SPECULATORS & MOMENTUM PLAYERS IN INDICES AND STOCKS.

FOR TODAY(WEDNESDAY): NIFTY HAS SUPPORT AT 5500 AND RESISTANCE NEAR 5565. IF NIFTY BREAKS 5500 THEN 5470 AND THEN 5440 SHALL BE THE CRUCIAL SUPPORT ON THE OTHER HAND  IF NIFTY SUSTAINS ABOVE 5565, THE LEVEL OF 5610 & 5650 WILL BE THE TARGET.

ASTROLOGICALLY: THE RISING SIGN ON 13TH JULY 2011, AT 9.00AM AT MUMBAI (NSE) IS LEO 4deg 8 min IN THE STAR OF KETHU AND SUB OF MOON. MOON SIGNIFYING 4TH AND 12TH. SHOWS, death for speculators and traders(as 5th denotes speculation-12th from 5th is 4th) and it shows negative for speculators. 12th itself denotes deception and uncertainity. Moon, a fast moving planets shows changes, and 4th itself denotes lackluster trades. To sum-up from the SUB LORD of Ascendant basis: The bias of the market will keep on changing and there will be slack trade and lack of participation. Today traders and speculators will see DECEPTION(i.e market will move against the public sentiment and trade and confuse both BULL & BEAR)

2.APPLYING ASPECT OF TRINE (120degree aspect) by MOON & JUPITER TO ASCENDANT SHOWS SUDDEN RISE/SPIKES IN INDICES AND OPPOSITION ASPECT(180degree aspect) OF NEPTUNE TO ASCENDANT SHOW SUDDEN FALL IN INDICES. Hence traders are advised to stay away from the market today also. However BUYING MAY EMERGE AT THE END OF THE DAY. BUYING OF THE CE5500 &CE5600 SHALL CERTAINLY GIVE PROFITS  BY NEXT 2-5 DAYS

Safe Harbor Statement:
Some forward looking statements on projections, estimates, expectations & outlook are included to enable a better comprehension of the Company prospects. Actual results may, however, differ materially from those stated on account of factors such as changes in government regulations, tax regimes, economic developments within India and the countries within which the Company conducts its business, exchange rate and interest rate movements, impact of competing products and their pricing, product demand and supply constraints.Nothing in this article is, or should be construed as, investment advice.

HEAVY SELLING PRESSURE WAS SEEN IN MARKET DUE TO WEAK GLOBAL CUES , WHERE METALS, BANKING, I.T AND REALITY APPEARED AS MAJOR LOOSERS WHILE FMCG WAS FIRM. SENSEX CLOSED AT 18721(DOWN 136) & NIFTY AT 5616(DOWN 44).MARKET BREADTH WAS NEGATIVE, HOWEVER FIIs WERE NET BUYERS. HIGH VOLATALITY AHEAD OF SOON-TO-BEGIN EARNINGS SEASON ADDED FUEL TO WEAKNESS.

THREE MAJOR EVENTS, INFOSYS RESULT & GUIDANCE, IIP DATA & REJIG OF CABINET MINISTRIES  ARE THE KEY EVENTS TO WATCH FOR. MARKET WILL TAKE CUES 1ST FROM GLOBAL MARKETS, THEN INFOSYS RESULT, BEFORE THE MARKET, THEN GUIDANCE DURING THE OPENING OF THE MARKET, THEN IIP DATA AT NOON AND THEN CABINET MINISTRIES REJIG TO IMPROVE THE GOVERNMENT'S IMAGE & EFFICIENCY, SHALL KEEP ON AFFECTING THE SENTIMENT TODAY, SO ONE CAN EXPECT WHAT KIND OF VOLATILITY & DRAMA WILL BE THERE IN THE MARKET.

TRADERS ARE ADVISED TO SIT ASIDE AND KEEP AWAY FROM TRADING AND PUNTING TODAY,IT MAY LEAD TO LOSSES ONLY,LET THE MARKET SETTLE  IN A DAY OR TWO AFTER THE QUARTERLY RESULTS AND THEN TAKE THE CALL IN THE MARKETS.

NIFTY TRADED IN THE RANGE OF 5601-5653 AND SETTLED AT 5516, ABOVE SUPPORT OF 5610. NOW IT IS EXPECTED THAT NIFTY WILL CONSOLIDATE BETWEEN 5500-5700 IN THE NEAR TERM.

THE RANGE FOR THE NIFTY TODAY SHALL BE 5590-5670. THE RESISTANCE FOR THE NIFTY SHALL BE AT 5690 & 5730 ON THE OTHER HAND SUPPORT FOR THE  NIFTY SHALL BE AT 5570 & 5550. BELOW 5550 NIFTY SHALL SEE FREE FALL TO 5470.

BUYING IS ADVISABLE ON ANY SHARP CUT IN INDICES AND STOCK SPECIFIC APPROACH SHOULD BE FOLLOWED. TRY TO ACCUMULATE THE GOOD QUALITY STOCKS, IF THE ARE FOUND LOWER, ON ANY NEGATIVE SENTIMENT IN THE MARKET.

OPTION PLAYERS CAN BUY CE5500 & CE500 ON OPEING IF THE MARKET OPENS WITH THE DEEP CUT, SAY AROUND 5580-90. KEEPING THE STOP-LOSS AT 5550. SIMILARLY WHEN NIFTY MOES ABOVE 5616 IN POSITIVE ZONE ONE SHOULD START BOOKING PROFITS IN CALLs AND BUY PE5600 & PE5500, IF MARKET OPENS HIGH OR REACHES HIGH AROUND 5640-5670.

ASTROLOGICALLY: Nifty will remain in a range with profit booking at every higher range or  may witness selling pressure in positive zone. Buying of Calls & Puts of 5600 (STRADDLE OF 5600) shall give opportunity to trade and book profit on intra-day basis.

WEEKLY MARKET OUT LOOK 11TH JULY 2011 TO 15TH JULY 2011

FUNDAMENTALLY: LAST WEEK WAS VERY CHOPPY, RISE ON THURSDAY, 7TH JULY AND FALL ON FRIDAY, 8TH JULY SHOWS MORE PAIN COULD BE IN THE OFFING FOLLOWING WEAK GLOBAL CUES FROM U.S , CHINA AND EUROPE.

NOW SEE THE GLOBAL EVENTS FOR WHICH THE MARKET IS WATCHING FOR----

NEXT IMPORTANT THING FUNDAMENTALLY WILL BE FIIs INFLOW. If the Fund Flow remain bouyant due to global liquidity, will be very important for inflating the Indices in India.

HENCE TO SUM-UP FUNDAMENTALLY , Q1 EARNINGS, GLOBAL CUES, AND FIIs FUND FLOW, SHALL BE THE KEY FACTRS TO BE WATCHED FOR MARKET DIRECTION.

Overall, the sentiment remains cautiously optimistic, may gradually result in more FIIs flow-in and gradual rise in Indices and select stocks. Hence BUY ON DIPS shall be the strategy for the week having view of Nifty touching 5944 any time soon.

TECHNICALLY, THE 200 DAY SIMPLE MOVING AVERAGE,PLACED AT 5742, GAVE A TOUGH FIGHT ON ON FRIDAY, AS NIFTY,AFTER TOUCHING A HIGH OF 5740, SUFFERED A SHARP 1.4% CUT FROM THE TOP OF THE DAY TO END AT 5660, HOWEVER ON WEEKLY BASIS,THE BENCHMARK MANAGED TO END AT HIGHER BY 0.6%. FRIDAY BROUGHT THE FIRST MEANINGFUL CORRECTION AFTER A LONG PERIOD.WEEKLY CLOSE IS LOWER THAN THE WEEKLY OPEN,RESULTING IN FORMATION OF A RED CANDLE ON THE WEEKLY CHART. FRIDAY'S CLOSE WAS QUITE WEAK AND INDICATES SOME MORE WEAKNESS GOING FORWARD. 5610, THE LOW MADE LAST WEEK IS THE IMMEDIATE SUPPORT TO WATCH OUT FOR, A BREACH OF WHICH CAN TAKE THE NIFTY TO ABOUT 5500 (5565-5545, SHALL BE SUPPORT)WHERE 20 AS WELL 34 DAY SIMPLE MOVING AVERAGE ARE PLACED. ON THE UP SIDE,5740, THE TOP MADE ON FRIDAY, WHICH ALSO COINCIDES WITH THE 200 DAY SIMPLE MOVING AVERAGE,IS THE IMPORTANT RESISTANCE TO WATCH OUT FOR,A CROSSOVER OF WHICH CAN TAKE NIFTY TO ABOUT 5944,THE YEAR 2011 TOP MADE IN APRIL.THE BROAD RANGE OF THE MARKET SHALL BE 5500-5800

HENCE, TRADERS AND MOMENTUM PLAYERS ARE ADVISED TO BOOK PROFITS IN THE LONG POSITIONS AND WAIT FOR 5740 TO BE CROSSED ON THE UPSIDE  BEFORE TAKING FRESH LONG POSITION.

FOLLOWING STOCKS/FUTURES/OPTIONS SHOULD BE WATCHED:

4. DCB(62.00): BUY THIS STOCK IN HUGE QUANTITY IN DELIVERY FOR 2-3 MONTHS, BUY AT CMO AND ON EVERY FALL FOR THE TARGET OF 68-70+ IN THE SHORT TERM AND 85-90+++ IN THE MDEDIUM TERM.

(For more intra-day moves and stock queries kindly contact on line on yahoo messenger at "vikas198012003@yahoo.co.in")

ASTROLOGICALLY: AS SAID IN PREVIOUS WEEK, MARKET STARTED COMING DOWN FROM 8TH JULY, AND THE WEAKNESS SHALL CONTINUE TILL 14TH -15TH JULY 2011, WHERE-IN SOME BUYING SHALL EMERGE AND CONSOLIDATION MAY END, BEFORE RENEWED DIRECTION.

MONDAY-TUESDAY SHALL SEE SLUGGISH TRADE, RANGE BOUND MOVEMENT, WITH SUDDEN SHOOT-UP IN INDICES AND GRADUAL DRIFT LOWER & LOWER. THERE COULD BE SELLING AT HIGHER LEVELS AND LACK OF BUYING INTEREST, LACK OF CONVICTION AMONG TRADERS & INVESTORS. Hence buying of PE(PUTS) on every rise and buying of CE(CALLS) on every fall with strict stop-loss could be best strategy to book profits at lower levels for these 2 days.

PLANETARY POSITION SUGGESTS WEAKNESS TO PERSIST ON 13TH JULY 2011. SOME NEGATIVE NEWS MIGHT HIT THE MARKET SENTIMENT. How should you play on Wednesday???? . Just keep some PUTS in your portfolio to hedge the same and book profit on late Wednesday or early Thursday(Those who hold securities and shares) and buy SELECT SHARES on late Wednesday or on any deep cut in market, if any(Those who hold cash for investment). Note: In any case no major short position should be made, instead value buying should be sought.

ON 14TH & 15TH JULY 2011, MARKETS SHALL SEE SOME BUYING INTEREST AND VALUE BUYING, A NARROW RALLY COULD BE SEEN ONCE MORE. Buying of Calls on 13th July late hours, shall give profit on these two days.

NOTE: There are 30% chance that I may go wrong. Buying options, instead of shorting or longing futures, shall be good strategy.Shorting should be avoided, in this week and value buying in stocks should be done.
