UPDATE FOR 8TH DECEMBER 2010

THE US MARKET ( DOW JONES INDUSTRIAL INDEX) HAS FORMED DOUBLE TOP AROUND 11450 AND CLOSED BELOW THIS LEVEL WHICH INDICATES SOME WORRY AND TIREDNESS IN THE MARKET.NEWS OF  PROBE IN A SCAM  BROUGHT THE DOW JONES DOWN EVEN AFTER IT WAS HIGHER DURING THE DAY. HENCE DOW JONES GAVE NO CLEAR AND UP SWING INDICATION FOR GLOBAL MARKETS TODAY.

NIFTY RECOVERED FROM THE LOWER LEVELS YESTERDAY AND RECOVERY SEEMS WEAK AND MIGHT ATTRACT SHORT SELLERS IF INDICES FAIL TO BREAK AND SUSTAIN ABOVE 6020 & 20080 LEVELS DURING THE DAY.

INITIALLY NIFTY(SPOT) MAY REMAIN RANGE BOUND BETWEEN 5960-6020. HOWEVER IF NIFTY FAILS TO HOLD ABOVE 5960-5980 MAY RESULT IN FALL TO 5880-5900 AND IF NIFTY MOVES AND HOLD ABOVE 5980-6000 MAY RESULT IN 6020 AND ABOVE IT 6050-70.

ASTROLOGICALLY MARKET SHALL BE SLUGGISH & SLIGHTLY BULLISH IN 1ST HALF THAN 2ND HALF.

BULLISH:  ACC, GAIL, GSPL, JISJAL, JSWSTEEL, LT, PETRONET & SUN PHARMA.

BEARISH:  ABGSHIP, CROMPGREAV, KFA, KTK BANK & MCLOEDRUSSEL
